"When a trading platform, such as Trade The Pool, operates with a technical framework that allows dashboard logs to contradict live chart data, the trust required to trade effectively is gone."
And another subsequent screen recording shows pre-market activity immediately prior to the opening bell, including the final pre-market one-minute candle and its associated trading volume of 41,238 shares (on 6/17/2026) and based on that volume data and 200 shares position and trading firm rules, screenshot showing ChatGPT's calculation applying Trade The Pool's published 5% volume rule to the displayed 41,238-share volume figure, concluding that a 200-share position would be approximately 0.48% of that volume (less than one-half of one percent) and therefore below the stated 5% limit, with that volume figure, so that was not what made the account lose money, as if by some fee.
And here is here is a screenshot where Trade The Pool has the correct entry but their exit is incorrect (according the the live charting) as their dashboard says it is 208.55 when the video of Trade The Pool's live charting shows the blue TP line is hit at 207.76 at 9:30:17. Screenshot showing that TP at 207.76 from the screen recording.
And here is a screenshot showing the trade hitting the TP at 9:30:17 and right at 2.07.76 and that coincides with the 9:30:17 AM Buy you see in blue at the bottom left in Filled Orders and that time is also show in the bottom right of screenshot in off white numbers in the blue skin of the trading platform. The trade time of 9:30:17 does not lag. It shows at exactly the same time the TP is hit.
Trade The Pool's website showing that trade and calling it a loss when we all see by the video and screenshots that the TP was hit and at that exact time 9:30:17 the trade was concluded (though at a loss as if it hit the SL). And another screenshot from the dashboard about that trade. And here are older videos where SL and TP lines don't even show. Video here (start at 53: seconds) and here (start at 2:40) and the lines are not simply off the screen.
If that were to happen together with the conflicting trade information given by the trading platform that is shown in this video and in this screenshot, you'd just have the trade going through at the time of the TP but with a loss but no SL or TP lines to make you question it.
According the live trading chart, no trade fills when the SL is hit (if it was hit), and the time of the trade per the live chart is at 9:30:17 not at 9:30:16 when a SL might have been hit and probably was hit.
The problem Trade The Pool does not see or is refusing to admit, is that same type scenario could be designed in to tell the customer that he lost the trade (82.00 profit for a trading platform) while telling the stock market to pay out 82.00 (82.00 more profit for a trading platform) times however many customers per day.
So, if it is not happening and they are not to blame they should be thanking me for bringing it to their attention so that they did not end up with a class action suit on their hands for leaving it alone and letting the damages pile up. But they have instead offered me $82.00 in credit to my demo account (that I turned down as that is fucking ridiculous) and they did not admit any problem even exists.
So this will remain up here as testimony of what is happening at Trade The Pool and you can decide if you want to use them for a demo account or a funded account now that you have been made aware.
When a trading platform, such as Trade The Pool, operates with a technical framework that allows dashboard logs to contradict live chart data (as I prove is happeing here), the trust required to trade effectively is gone.
If it is as Trade The Pool says, and the position was concluded as the SL was hit, then why does the trade continue? Why does it continue on till it hits the TP? Why is the time the trade happens shown by them to be at 9:30:17, the same exact time the TP is hit and the same exact time their portal says it's 9:30:17.
If there was corruption and this was happening it would appear as if someone is telling the stock exchange the trade went through at 9:30:17 and taking the profit, while telling their client, that he or she, the client, had an $82.00 loss (a difference of $164.00 not just $82:00) because in that scenario the firm would be taking $82.00 as they make $82.00. That is what it looks like.
It may not be what is happening but that is what it looks like (then you add to that how at other times the TP and SL lines did not show up at all). And that my friend is a dangerous way for things to look / to appear and be left as if everything is working well and we owe you nothing as is currently Trade the Pool's position, with no admittance of any fault whatsoever, when we can all see the conflicting information their platform presents.
It was an entirely legal and upright trade (albeit, at this time, what started as a $50,000,00 combine/ evaluation account down to $49,938.72 but with an $82.00 trade hitting a TP should have taken the balance to $50,020.72, a difference of $164.00 from where it ended up)... and this done as if someone wants to make me appear too inept to pass one and by back door maneuvers rigs the account, afraid to even allow me to progress to a funded account in fear of all the good I'd do.
I'm not stating that is what is being done. But it looks that way to me). And no prop firm turns a win into a loss of the same amount for a fine, etc. They might reverse the trade and give reason... let's say if I had a 2,200 share position and it went over their 5% rule, but I'd not immediately be fined the reverse of the win. That is not done. So something fishy is going and I will get to the bottom of it and be made whole and then some.
If this is not worked out in my favor (by an admittance of fault by Trade The Pool that their trading platform shows conflicting information and for them to agree to fix it and for them to compensate for me having to deal with its conflicting information, as I am out much more than $82.00) by Friday 6/26/2026 at 4:00 PM EST, I will report the above data to the FBI and the SEC for an investigation. And I'll also contact Intercontinental Exchange (parent company of the New York Stock Exchange).
If Trade The Pool does not work this out in my favor, as stated, then they will still have to fix their system and also suffer a great loss of reputation which would also incur a much greater monetary hit for them (the great reputational and huge monetary hit can be avoided by Trade The Pool if they work this out to my satisfaction by the end of this week).
Things as they are, I can't even begin to make MyStockPredictions.com into a successful business (I have lost much sleep and hope and money) with what's going on with the Trade The Pool's platform. My business model had me counting on working with them and them being a reputable company.
So I had been waiting on what Trade The Pool said about the video after the said they escalated it. But it has now been like two weeks without being able to trade, so I decided, fuck it. I'll see what happens. And I did this small trade on 7-1-26 (only have a screenshot on that 28 cent win that fees ate up. I was just testing my ability when using my prediction system) and then did another small trade the next day on 7-2-26 a win of $24.90.
Then the market was closed for the 4th and then I did not trade on Monday but I did trade on Tuesday 7/7/2026 (start watching video at 45 seconds and their platform froze for about 20 seconds after I made the trade so keep watching) and I made $132.00 and then it was taken from me 20 seconds later. I don't think there is a legitimate reason why. I will post what reason Trade The Pool gives regarding this.
And that 9:30 AM trade did not violate Trade The Pool's previous candle volume rule as 220 shares is only about 3.17% of 6,939 shares. And video showing that previous, 9:29 AM, candle volume.
So, it can't be previous candle volume. Then I noticed that the Overnight toggle was off but also in a trade where I had a loss (where it waited till the TP was hit to show the loss) that loss amount was removed from my account at 9:30:17 AM with the Overnight toggle off where that made no difference with the previous candle being a pre-trade candle as the trade went through when the trade was a loss to me.
So, the toggle on Overnight allowed me lose money as the trade went through, so it can't then be applied as a reason to invalidate my 7/7/2026 trade and withdraw $132.00 after I won $132.00 (albeit in evaluation money. But I can't be kept from passing by these various inadequacies that are not on my side of the fence, or I can never make any real money in trading by wining if winning is counted as losing).
So, it can't be previous candle volume. And it can't be the Overnight toggle not being on. I wonder what reason Trade The Pool will give for making a $132.00 withdrawal from my trading account to negate my win.
What this site was supposed to be doing instead of what I have had to turn it into in my defense.
MyStockPredictions.com is focused on one of the most important and potentially profitable periods of the trading day: the market open. Through the analysis of premarket activity, market-moving news, trading volume, sentiment, sector developments, and broader market conditions, we seek to identify probable opening-bell direction in selected stocks and early-session trading opportunities.
Rather than attempting to predict every movement throughout the trading day, our primary focus is the critical period surrounding the opening bell when significant price discovery and directional movement often occur.
Our research process combines traditional market analysis with AI-assisted evaluation tools to help process large amounts of market information efficiently. By reviewing premarket developments, company-specific news, economic events, sector trends, and broader market conditions, we work to identify patterns that may contribute to short-term stock-price direction.
AI serves as a research and analytical aid within our process, while final evaluations are based on ongoing testing, validation, and continuous refinement of our methodologies.
We are currently focused on developing and validating our predictive models before broader public deployment. As our research progresses and performance objectives are achieved, we plan to expand our services to include subscriber alerts, desktop notifications, mobile app access, and additional market intelligence tools designed to help traders make more informed decisions before the opening bell.
Our goal is to provide useful, data-driven insights while maintaining a disciplined and continuously improving analytical process.
Trade The Pool has not offered more than the $82.00 (which, as I said, I turned down as it was ridiculous) and I have lost two weeks on my evaluation so I need the two weeks worth of money from somewhere, as I'm two weeks behind from making money with a funded account. And I do not have any leeway. That said, I have no option but to see if Trade The Pool will work from here on out as I have to have these trading profit money as income and I don't have time to start all over with another company.
